- Choose. We reply with the types that are in stock. See the type list.
- Receive. Pay, we pack, courier to the gate. We stay on WhatsApp for fit questions.
How Kenyans actually pay
M-Pesa first. Cash on Nairobi delivery when we have agreed it. Bank transfer for larger pairs. We do not ask for your PIN. We do not send "till numbers" from a private name you cannot match to Hearing Aids Kenya.

If hearing dropped suddenly, if there is ear pain, discharge, dizziness, or you need a programmed medical-grade aid, see an ENT or licensed audiologist first. We will still help you order a home-use device after that visit.
